Built around you · Business automation

Your whole business, in one place.

Most businesses run on a pile of spreadsheets, inboxes and subscriptions that don't talk to each other. We replace the lot with one secure internal system, built around how your team actually works.

01 — The problem

Held together with duct tape.

None of this is a people problem. It's a systems problem, and it's fixable.

02 — What we build

One tool, built for your business.

01

One system the whole team uses

Quotes, jobs, clients, stock, staff, reporting — whatever your business actually runs on, in one place, on the web and on phones. Designed around your process rather than a software company's idea of it.

02

Your data, brought in properly

Years of spreadsheets, exports from the old system, paper records, whatever you've got. We clean it, migrate it and check it against your originals before anything goes live, so day one starts with your real history in there.

03

Everything that can be automated, automated

The chasing, the copying, the re-typing, the reminders, the report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday morning. If a computer can do it reliably, it should, so your team can spend their time on the parts that need a person.

04

Joined up with what you already use

Your accounting system, your CRM, your email and calendars, your payment provider, your suppliers' portals. Where a connection exists we use it, so information moves itself instead of being copied across by hand.

05

Training and documentation for everyone

Sessions for the whole team, not just the managers. Written documentation, recorded walkthroughs, and a system your people understand well enough to change when the business changes.

03 — What it looks like

Before and after.

A trades business

Before

  • Job details agreed over WhatsApp
  • Quotes written in Word, chased by memory
  • Invoices re-typed into the accounting system
  • Engineers ringing the office for the address

After

  • One job record, from enquiry to paid invoice
  • Quotes generated, sent and chased automatically
  • The invoice writes itself into the accounts
  • Engineers see the day's work on their phone

A wholesaler

Before

  • Stock levels in a spreadsheet, updated weekly
  • Orders buried in a shared inbox
  • A price list PDF revised twice a year
  • Nobody knows what's short until it's gone

After

  • Orders placed against live stock
  • Every order tracked from received to shipped
  • Prices changed once, applied everywhere
  • Low-stock alerts before it becomes a problem

A professional services firm

Before

  • Client files spread across four inboxes and a Dropbox
  • Onboarding is a checklist someone forgets
  • Deadlines tracked in personal calendars
  • No idea which clients are actually profitable

After

  • One client record everyone works from
  • Onboarding that runs itself, start to finish
  • Deadlines and reminders handled by the system
  • A live view of time, cost and margin per client

None of these is a template. Every build starts from your process, mapped with the people who do the work.

04 — Security & ownership

Your data stays yours.

Security

Locked down by default.

A system the whole business runs on holds the things you'd least like to lose. It gets built accordingly, and we'd rather explain the choices in plain English than hand you a badge.

  • Hosted in the region you choose, in accounts you own
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Access by role, so people see only what the job needs
  • A full audit trail of who changed what, and when
  • Backups you can actually restore from, tested before launch

Ownership

No lock-in, no black boxes.

We don't hold a copy of your data and we don't need access to keep the thing running. If you never speak to us again, everything carries on working.

  • Every login, domain and account in your name
  • Your data exportable in full, whenever you want it
  • Documentation good enough for another developer to pick up
  • Built on tools you can hire for, with nothing exotic
  • Nothing that only we can maintain

You own the system, the data and the accounts. All of it.

05 — Process

From mess to handover.

1

Listen

It starts with an email. Tell us what your business does, where the time goes, what you've already tried and what's held together with string. Bullet points are fine.

2

Map

We sit with the people doing the work and map how it really happens, not how the manual says it happens. You get a plain-English proposal and a fixed quote before anything is built.

3

Build

We build in the open, with your team seeing it come together, so it matches the job rather than our guess at the job. Nothing ends up as a black box only we can open.

4

Migrate

Your data comes across and gets checked against the originals. Where it helps, the new system runs alongside the old one until you're confident, and then you switch.

5

Train

Sessions for the whole team, written documentation, recorded walkthroughs and 30 days of support. After that it's yours, and it doesn't need us to keep running.

06 — Pricing

Fixed quotes, no surprises.

Want your team to extend it themselves?

£4,000 Builder Programme

Handover includes training on the system we build. If you want to go further, the Builder Programme teaches your team to build and automate for themselves: four half-day sessions over a month, working on your real processes.

  • Fixed-price training package
  • Up to 8 people, support between sessions
  • Skills that stay in the building
See training packages →

Migration, documentation and training come with every build. No black boxes.

07 — FAQ

Things people ask us.

Do we have to replace everything at once?

No, and we'd usually advise against it. We normally start with the part that hurts most, get it working alongside what you already have, and grow the system from there. You see value early instead of waiting months for a big-bang switchover.

What happens to our existing subscriptions?

Some get replaced, some stay. We won't rebuild something you're already happy with — if your accounting software works, we connect to it rather than reinventing it. The subscriptions worth replacing are usually the ones you're paying for and barely using, or the ones that only do part of the job.

How long does it take?

It depends on how much there is to migrate and how many systems need connecting. The proposal gives you a timeline alongside the price, and we'd rather put something useful in your team's hands early and build on it than disappear for six months and reappear with a finished thing nobody asked for.

Does this mean redundancies?

That's not what we're for, and it's not usually what happens. Automation takes the busywork off people who already have too much of it, so the team can spend their time on the valuable, human parts of the job. Most clients come to us because their people are stretched, not because they want fewer of them.

What if the business changes?

It will, which is why we hand over documentation and train your team rather than leaving you a sealed box. Small changes are usually something your own people can handle after training. Bigger ones we'll quote for, and you're free to take it to anyone else instead.

Will we end up dependent on you?

That's the thing we work hardest to avoid. Your team is involved from day one, every account is in your name, the documentation is written for someone who isn't us, and nothing we deliver needs us to keep it running. The goal is always that you don't need us for the next one.
